Drew previously practiced at a mid-size law firm and as in-house Assistant General Counsel of Corporate & Regulatory Affairs for KinderCare Learning Centers, a national child care provider.

Drew has significant expertise in drafting and negotiating Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and other technology agreements, as well as commercial contracts for clients in a variety of industries, including technology, cash logistics, security, franchising, creative, apparel and footwear, manufacturing, and transportation. Drew is admitted to practice in Oregon and Washington.
