For over 25 years, Drew Glikbarg has provided general commercial, regulatory and business law services and advice to corporate clients, including contract drafting, review and negotiation, regulatory compliance management and training. He has represented Fortune 500 companies and smaller businesses in a variety of business transactions. He previously practiced at a mid-size law firm and as in-house Assistant General Counsel, Corporate & Regulatory Affairs, for KinderCare Learning Centers, a national child care provider.
Drew has significant expertise in drafting and negotiating Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and other technology agreements as well as commercial contracts for clients in a variety of industries: technology, cash logistics, security, franchising, creative, apparel and footwear, manufacturing, and transportation.
Drew received his law degree from Lewis & Clark Law School, where he was a member of the Cornelius Honor Society. He received a BA History from the University of California at Los Angeles. Drew was a Co-author of Chapter 34: Special Problems of Closely Held Businesses, Oregon State Bar Continuing Legal Education (2001 and 2007 Editions).
