Eddi returned to OGC Network after working as Senior Counsel at Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc. Prior to her time at Hyster-Yale, Eddi worked with OGC Network supporting the in-house legal departments of OGC clients in M&A and financing, technology and other commercial transactions. Eddi also advised legal departments regarding process improvement and other operational matters. Eddi began her legal career as an Associate at the Perkins Coie law firm in Portland, Oregon, where she worked on a broad range of business transactions, securities compliance, and corporate governance matters.

Eddi received her B.A. in Economics from Harvard University in 1999, followed by her J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2006, where she was a staff editor for the Oregon Law Review and Business Officer on the Moot Court Board. Eddi worked as an Operations Engineer for Applied Materials before attending law school.

Eddi is a native Oregonian who spent her childhood growing up in one of Oregon’s smallest towns as well as its largest city. Outside of work, Eddi most enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and dog. Eddi enjoys cooking, reading, and photography, and is an avid tennis player who competes with her USTA team and in tournaments.
