Lindsey is an experienced General Counsel, corporate secretary, and strategic business partner with in-house experience at both public and private companies. Lindsey enjoys getting to know her clients and their businesses and helping companies balance legal risk and business objectives.

As General Counsel and the first in-house attorney for A-dec, an Oregon-based dental equipment manufacturer with global operations and distribution, Lindsey built A-dec’s legal and compliance function and also led the product compliance and quality assurance teams. Lindsey also served as Associate General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Columbia Sportswear Company. She began her career practicing M&A with Clifford Chance US LLP in New York prior to joining Portland-based Stoel Rives LLP where she focused on corporate law and M&A.

Lindsey is a strong generalist, counseling private and public company clients in various industries on a wide range of matters, from corporate governance, strategic and complex commercial transactions and M&A to sales and distribution, supply chain and regulatory compliance. She also has extensive experience in legal operations and building and scaling global ethics and compliance programs. Lindsey is admitted to practice in Oregon and New York.
