Lori Le Cheminant has more than 15 years of experience advising public and private companies as in-house and outside counsel. Lori enjoys serving as a trusted advisor to Boards, executives and employees at all levels and advising on legal compliance and strategy.

Lori recently returned to OGC Network after serving as General Counsel for Peregrine Sports LLC, which, along with its affiliates, operates the Portland Timbers, Portland Thorns and Providence Park. Lori began her career with and spent 10 years practicing in the Corporate Law group at Stoel Rives LLP in Portland, Oregon.

Lori’s expertise spans a wide variety of practice areas, and she advises clients on many aspects of their businesses, including the negotiation of strategic transactions, such as mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, corporate governance, commercial contracts, and compliance. Lori is admitted to practice in Oregon and California (inactive).
